US-STRATCOM stands for United States Strategic Command. It’s one of the eleven combatant commands in the Pentagon, headquartered at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. Traditionally, STRATCOM’s mission was to direct a nuclear war, if it were ever to occur.
