by Manlio Dinucci The NATO Dynamic Manta anti-submarine warfare exercise took place in the Ionian Sea from February 22 to March 5.  Ships, submarines, and planes from the United States, Italy, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Belgium, and Turkey participated in it.
