Der russische Aussenminister, Segej Lawrow, hat wegen neuer EU-Sanktionen gegen Russland das Verhältnis zur EU als “zerstört” bezeichnet.”Es gibt keine Beziehungen mehr zur Europäischen Union als Organisation”, sagte er am 23.3.21 bei einem Besuch in China. “Die gesamte Infrastruktur dieser Beziehungen wurde durch einseitige Entscheidungen Brüssels zerstört.” Weniger beunruhigend: ein Ansammlungsverbot über Ostern als AntiConona-Maßnahme der Ministerpräsidenten plus Kanzlerin Merkel von heute. Sehr provokant: “Die Verlegung von US-Truppen nach Europa im Rahmen des Großmanövers Defender Europe 21 ist eingeleitet worden. Das geht aus US-Berichten hervor. Demnach werden Tausende US-Soldaten im April in Europa eintreffen, um dort weiter in Richtung russische Grenze zu marschieren. Schwerpunktgebiet ist dieses Jahr nicht, wie 2020, das Baltikum, sondern Südosteuropa sowie insbesondere die Schwarzmeerregion.

Deutsche Beteiligung in Rumänien und Ungarn. Einsatzfähigkeit der USA in Europa wird geprobt. Spannungen mit Russland nach Truppenverlegung nach Ost-Europa

Die Bundeswehr wird sich mit 430 Soldatinnen und Soldaten an dem US-Manöver Defender Europa 2021 beteiligen, das vom 1. Mai bis zum 14. Juni 2021 geplant ist. Die Kosten für die deutsche Teilnahme beziffert das Verteidigungsministerium nach Telepolis-Informationen auf bisher 2,9 Millionen Euro. Deutsche Kräfte sollen von Manöverbeginn bis zum 9. Juni in Rumänien und Ungarn den Einsatz von Nato-Kräften in Europa proben.

Luftwaffen ein Jahrhundertprojekt in Angriff zu nehmen. Spanien kam hinzu. Die veralteten Kampfflugzeuge Deutschlands (Eurofighter) und Frankreichs (Rafale) sollen nicht schlicht durch ein neues Kampfflugzeug ersetzt werden, sondern durch das Kampfflugzeugsystem FCAS (Future Combat Air System).
